How to apply

Nothing here requires you to have it all figured out first.

1. Get in touch with us or go straight to the application - either works. If you're not sure you're eligible, ask us first.

2. Tell us what's going on. As much detail as you can about your situation, and what kind of help would make the difference.

3. Add supporting documents if you have them - not essential to get started, but it helps us move faster. A repair quote, a letter from your GP or care team, anything relevant.

4. We'll come back to you. Every application gets a real response, not a waiting list.
