GG on Two Wheels puts support directly into the hands of families facing cancer across central Scotland, through two core programmes.

Direct financial assistance

We provide help with immediate needs — real help from real people, when it's needed most. This may include:

• Emergency financial assistance

• Essential household item repairs or replacements

• Car repairs required to maintain access to treatment, work or, daily activities

• Transport to and from hospital appointments (when no other service is offered)

• Other urgent or unforeseen expenses that may arise

Wellbeing & mental health support

Cancer affects more than just the person receiving treatment. GG on Two Wheels can fund complementary therapies, counselling and bereavement support for individuals and family members struggling with the emotional impact of a cancer diagnosis, treatment or loss.

We recognise that mental health is just as important as physical health - by providing access to wellbeing services, we help individuals and families build resilience, improve emotional wellbeing, and navigate difficult times together.
