Day 3 certainly turned up the heat!

George left the stunning backdrop of Mont Saint-Michel this morning and headed towards Angers, riding 420 kilometres through the French countryside in temperatures reaching a scorching 36°C.

The heat made today one of the toughest days so far. Long hours in the saddle, regular stops to stay hydrated, and relentless sunshine tested both rider and machine. But with every mile completed, the reason for this journey became even stronger.

This isn’t just a ride across Europe it’s The Long Road to Hope. Every mile is ridden in memory of Gaynor and to raise awareness and funds for families affected by cancer. When the road gets difficult, George remembers those who don’t have the option to stop fighting, and that’s what keeps him moving forward.
