Cameron motorcycles to Belfast
There are moments in life that remind you just how amazing people can be… and Sunday was one of them. 💙
On behalf of everyone at GG on Two Wheels, we simply want to say thank you.
Thank you to Cameron Motorcycles for opening your doors, giving your time, and putting your hearts into organising such an incredible charity day in support of our cause. What you created wasn’t just an event it was a day filled with friendship, compassion, generosity, and the true spirit of the motorcycling community.
To everyone who came along, whether you made a donation, bought a raffle ticket, enjoyed the entertainment, volunteered your time, or simply stopped by to show your support… thank you. Every conversation, every smile, and every act of kindness reminded us why this community is so special.
A huge thank you to Michael Corr for his incredible live artwork, Miriam & The Mocking Dogs for keeping everyone entertained, every exhibitor, every business that donated prizes, and every volunteer who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Events like this simply couldn’t happen without people like you.
We are incredibly humbled to share that together you raised an amazing ÂŁ1,786.76 on the day.
That isn't just a number.
It represents hope.
It represents families who need support during the hardest times of their lives.
It represents people coming together because they believe that no one should face cancer alone.
Every penny raised helps GG on Two Wheels continue our mission of supporting families living with cancer and raising vital funds for charities that make a real difference.
One of the most emotional moments of the day was watching George set off on the next chapter of his fundraising journey through Europe.
As dozens of motorcycles escorted him on the first part of his adventure, it was impossible not to feel overwhelmed. Every rider, every wave, and every engine was a reminder that although George may be travelling alone, he is never truly on his own.
He carries with him the memory of Gaynor, the love that inspired GG on Two Wheels, and the support of an incredible community standing behind him every mile of the way.
Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on George's side as he made his way to Belfast. Persistent rain and poor riding conditions meant there was no opportunity to capture any footage from the journey. While we're disappointed not to be able to share that first leg of the adventure with you, the most important thing is that George arrived safely and is ready for the next stage.
Tomorrow will be a different story. With better weather forecast, we're looking forward to sharing plenty of photos, videos, and updates as George continues his incredible journey across Europe so stay tuned, because the adventure is only just beginning...
